Ultra-Durable 95µ Direct Thermal Matte PP – Extreme Freeze Performance

Our 95-micron White Matte Polypropylene is an extra-thick, synthetic labeling solution engineered for the most punishing environments. Featuring a high-sensitivity Thermo Top coating, this material allows for crisp, ribbon-free direct thermal printing while providing an integrated barrier against moisture, oils, and chemical contact.

The construction is powered by a specialized Freeze Hotmelt Food-Safe Adhesive, designed to maintain an aggressive, permanent bond on surfaces as cold as $-25^\circ\text{C}$. This makes it one of the few materials capable of being applied directly to frosted or deep-frozen packaging. Supported by a 58gsm Yellow FSC®-certified glassine liner, this material combines heavy-duty performance with environmental responsibility.

Face Stock: 95-micron Matte White PP; extra-thick for high stiffness and tear resistance.

Technology: Direct Thermal (Top Coated) – no ribbons required.

Adhesive: Deep-Freeze Hotmelt; permanent “instant-grab” on frozen substrates.

Liner: 58gsm Yellow Glassine; FSC® certified for sustainable supply chains.

Key Performance Benefits

Maximum Structural Integrity: At 95 microns, this film is significantly stiffer than standard labels. This prevents “edge curl” and makes it ideal for large labels used on industrial drums, pallets, or textured crates.

Direct Thermal “Top” Protection: The protective top-coat ensures the printed barcode remains scannable even if exposed to condensation, fats, or meat juices, while also protecting the print head from friction.

Frost-Bite Adhesion: The Freeze Hotmelt adhesive is chemically engineered to remain fluid at sub-zero temperatures, allowing it to penetrate surface frost and bond instantly to frozen PE, PP, or corrugated surfaces.

Zero-Waste Efficiency: Eliminate the cost and environmental waste of thermal transfer ribbons. Simply print, peel, and apply directly at the point of production.

Sustainable & High-Contrast Liner: The yellow liner ensures easy gap detection for automated labeling machines, while the FSC certification supports your brand’s green initiatives.
Ideal Business Applications

Commercial Fisheries & Meat Processing: Large-format labels for frozen seafood crates or meat carcasses where moisture and extreme cold are constant.

Outdoor Winter Logistics: Pallet labeling for goods stored in Arctic or sub-zero outdoor conditions.

Industrial Chemical Storage: Labeling for plastic drums or containers stored in unheated warehouses or refrigerated chemical units.

Premium Frozen Retail: High-end frozen food packaging where a “thicker,” more premium-feeling label reflects the brand’s quality.
